Heavily stained carpets in Collins

The carpets in this commercial building were heavily soiled and stained from years of wear and use.  The manager said the flooring had not been cleaned in several years.  During recent months the hvac system was not working allowing mold growth on the flooring.  SERVPRO of Laurel was able to use our showcase method of carpeting cleaning to bring life back into the tired floors.   The showcase method of cleaning is to pretreat the floors with cleaner then use a buffer to shampoo the carpets.  This process is then completed by using our truck mounted machine to steam clean the carpets.  The property owner was thrilled with the results.
