Before and After of Carpet Saturated From Broken Supply Line

This flooded living room in Collins, MS was the result of a broken water supply line. Notice the extent of the water damage; the water had severely discolored the living room carpet. SERVPRO of Laurel was onsite within the hour of the call being received. We immediately got to work accessing the damage and beginning the remediation process. The after picture was taken only four days after the incident. Our customer was expecting a much longer process and she was thrilled with the results.
